Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of 9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FOR RURAL ADDRESSES ON-LINE. Orders to RURAL ADDRESSES may be cancelled.) It is not uncommon for people who live in RURAL AREAS to pick up their gift at our store location.
****RURAL ADDRESSES must be placed over the phone to someone at the physical location of our store in Moundsville, West Virginia (do not place RURAL orders with our 24hour answering service).
If you place an order for a rural address (out of city limits) through the website, your order will be cancelled and sender will be notified at our earliest convenience (expect delays during holidays and peak times). RURAL ADDRESSES share zip codes with in-town addresses and are not mutually exclusive. Do not let zip codes be your guide. Helpful hint- rural Appalachian Addresses in our area usually included but are not limited to Ridges, Lanes, Routes, Drives, Creeks, Hollers, and Runs. We do not cross open water under any circumstances.
In the event that a RURAL Delivery is taken, the recipient will be called first and the delivery will be scheduled with recipient. NO EXEPTIONS...We do not go into the country more than once per RURAL delivery.
There are rural and remote places in the OHIO VALLEY where it is not feasible to deliver.
We reserve the right to change our delivery area at any time. Rural, Appalachian roads are not maintained consistently and an accessibility to addresses can change quickly.
U.S. orders must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
